Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AAR (After-Action Review) Agent application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

No Warranties - Information Accuracy Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The AAR Agent is an AI-powered analysis tool that provides recommendations and insights based on the information you provide. However, you must understand and acknowledge the following:

  • No Warranties: This service is provided "AS IS" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • AI-Generated Content: All analysis, recommendations, and solutions are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions.
  • User Responsibility: It is entirely your responsibility to verify, validate, and evaluate all information, recommendations, and solutions provided by this tool before implementation.
  • Professional Judgment Required: The outputs should supplement, not replace, professional expertise and human judgment in critical decision-making.
  • No Liability: We assume no responsibility for any consequences resulting from the use of information or recommendations provided by this tool.

Data Handling and Third-Party Processing

By using this service, you acknowledge and consent to the following data handling practices:

  • OpenAI Processing: All incident information you provide is sent to OpenAI's API for analysis. This includes incident descriptions, affected systems, business impact details, and any uploaded files.
  • No Local Storage: We do not permanently store your incident data on our servers. Information exists only temporarily in your session during analysis.
  • Third-Party Terms: Your data processing is also subject to OpenAI's terms of service and privacy policy.
  • Sensitive Information: Do not include personally identifiable information (PII), passwords, API keys, or other sensitive credentials in your submissions.
  • Organizational Responsibility: Ensure you have proper authorization to share incident information and that it complies with your organization's data handling policies.
Data Security: While we use HTTPS encryption for data transmission, you should evaluate whether your incident information is appropriate for third-party AI processing based on your organization's security and compliance requirements.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the AAR Agent, its creators, or associated parties be liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from the use or inability to use this service
  • Damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated recommendations
  • Any damages arising from third-party data processing (including OpenAI)

Your use of this service is at your own risk and discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this service to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or malicious information
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Share information you are not authorized to disclose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
